How did you come across Zoom Media’s rewards platform, and what made it stand out as the right fit?
“We already had an established relationship with Zoom Media and GymTV through our in-gym media partnership. As that collaboration evolved, Zoom Media introduced the Rewards platform as a new development, which aligned closely with our ambition to add more value to the member experience.”
What was the deciding factor to implement a loyalty rewards platform across your clubs?
“Previously, partner deals and discounts were managed manually at a club level, which was time-consuming and difficult to scale. Zoom Media offered a way to streamline this process and make offers easily accessible to members through our mobile app. This also opened up opportunities to scale partner brand deals in the future without placing additional strain on internal resources.”
