The objective:
Fitness4Less partnered with Zoom Media to enhance the member experience beyond the physical gym environment. The objective was to introduce a scalable rewards platform that added tangible value for members while supporting retention and long-term loyalty. This included:
Extending the gym experience outside of the gym
Increasing engagement with the Fitness4Less mobile app
Streamlining how partner offers and discounts were managed


Building on an established partnership with Zoom Media and GymTV, Fitness4Less launched Zoom Media’s Rewards platform, Motion+, across its estate. The platform centralised partner offers and made them exclusively accessible via the Fitness4Less mobile app, removing the need for manual, club-level management.
With Motion+, Fitness4Less were able to achieve:
Increased interaction with the Fitness4Less mobile app
Positive member feedback on regularly refreshed rewards content
Seamless integration into existing seasonal marketing campaigns
